Custom Orders Before any work is started the art fee must be paid and is nonrefundable. Once paid, a mock up will be sent to you for review in 2-5 business days. The art fee is for doing the work and does not mean you will receive the art files. If you're wanting to keep the art files once the work is done, they are available for an additional fee. Once the design is approved by you and final, another invoice will be sent for production and shipping. This must be paid before starting production. Start of production to shipping will be 12-15 business days. Custom orders we design and print 75+ pieces will have art created for free. Art fee still needs to be paid upfront before starting. A credit for the art fee paid will be applied to the final invoice. Quoted price for custom orders is good for 30 days. After 30 days, pricing is subject to change. Once the order is complete and you’d like to have the artwork files, they are available for purchase. We advise to order 1-2 shirts extra per size to account for a 2% spoilage that can occur during receiving and production. These can be from mill defects, holes or printing errors. Orders Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. To prevent any shipping delays, please double check that the address listed in your order confirmation email is correct. Shipping Insurance - Savage Styles is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit, however we do offer purchasable shipping insurance through Route + . Under all circumstances USPS is responsible for any of all mail pieces that undergo USPS delivery services. All uninsured claims will be thoroughly reviewed case by case; claims may take up to 3 weeks to process. Until then, your kind patience is much appreciated as we work to get it sorted. Filing a claim does not guarantee Route Insurance will partially or fully compensate/reimburse you for your lost/stolen package. See Below for Route Insurance information Discount Codes All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout. For our customer’s safety, our software does not allow us to manually apply discount codes or adjust any prices to orders once they are finalized and payment has been accepted. Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.
